Effects Of Antibiotics On New Hips

I recently had a hip resurfacing 6 weeks ago and am doing well, no pain etc, last week i went on Amoxicillian 500/125mg 10 day course for a sinus infection and i now have hip pain a real stitch in my groin, could this be related to my infection or the amoxicillian? it's a worry as it's making me limp again, can any one advise me.
