Rejunex-OD is a nutritional supplement, which contains:
alpha lipoic acid , folic acid , methylcobalamin 500 mcg and vitamin B6.
These are all vital nutrients to our bodies and it has been shown that a lack of some of them can cause or aggravate memory or cognitive impairment.

Another supplement that is often used to help is Citicoline, it can increase mental alertness. I am not certain if it is available in your country, but you might want to ask your doctor about it.

The Eslizen is another antiepileptic medications, it contains the active ingredient Eslicarbazepine.
It works a little different than the others, because it is a voltage-gated sodium channel blocker.
Its most common side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and double vision.
