i have been taking Aculip-H for last six month.Is it will form habit?

My Age is 26 and my doc is given me aculip -h for 1 month 1 tab before bed time. How long i can take this medicine.
will it create any side effects?

I am 21 years, i went to doctor in order to check my health i ought to dizzy. But the report say all are normal at last my consult doctor advice me to take ACULIP-H. Is it better for my age to take this tablet? Actually our neighbor discourage to take this tablet. They told me that It will form habit. and after some month the doctor will increase the power.So what shall I do??

I am about 48 years old & taking following medicine since 2/3 years:

1. Alora 0.25 - 1x2 daily
2. Embea XR 0.25 - 1 tab daily
3. Arvast 10 - 1 tab daily
4. Aculip H - 1 tab daily

I am patetient of High Chloestrol. Please suggest.

I got giddiness at evening everyday ,last 3month I used forty nerve tab once daily and aculip h,after stopping these medicine I got giddiness and dizziness pl.suggest me.

Acculip H contains Amitriptyline and Chlordiazepoxide, it is most commonly used as an antidepressant.
