They both are different name brands for a combination medication that contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, but the dosages can be different.

You didn't mention the dose of Hydrocodone in the Lortab, but the 325 and 500 would refer to the milligrams of Acetaminophen that are in them, it helps the narcotic to work better.
