Hi, I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I went to my OB last week and she told me that I was ovulating. And then my boyfriend accidentally ejaculated inside of me. After 20hrs I took the first 4 pills, and took the next 4 an hour late (because I fell asleep). Help me please? Is there a possibility I could get pregnant? Please, I'm really scared.

I guess it is more of hormonal change. Any other symptoms you have? Visit your ob if after 2 -3 weeks of no mens. Just to be sure for other conditions.

Hi, id like to ask what are my chances of pregnancy.
Aug13 had a miscarriage(thus ovulation not known)
Sep3 11pm had sex with hubby (withdrawal method, with condom also)
Sep 5 10am nordette 4pills /10pm nordette 4 pills again

Sep 17-19 bleeding
Oct 14-16 bleeding

Oct 30 negative PT but a day after i think I can see a shadow line? Is it evap line? Is it possble to get pregnant wherein I had my period for 2mos and using 3 contraception? Or is it just an evap line caused by drying pee.

hi ! based on your data supplied. you had a long cycle. i think this may be due to nordette since this is also a hormone. when did you last deed? did you take another round of nordette again after august 22? we have to take in consideration many factors that would affect our cycle. so in your case, it may be just an adjustment to nordette or your body's reaction to it. try to take pt in 2 weeks. if you are negative and still without mens, it is best to visit your ob for further consultation.

Hi again. So here's my story
Deed on august 20
Took nordette the next two days (50 hrs)
Withdrawal bleeding on august 29
Negative pt on oct 1
Vaginal bleeding/ menstruation on oct 4.

I am expecting my next menstruation last monday (oct 6), and it didnt came. Im still worried. Is it possible im still pregnant?

Hi. For nordette or any ecp to work, you have to take 2 tabs For the first 72 hrs ( some would go within 120 hrs). Then another 2 tabs after 12 hrs. Withdrawal bleed would start 5-16 days after the last dose. In your case, if you follow the golden hours with the right dosage, the side effect of withdrawal bleed and other symptoms would occur. Its your decision if youll take it or not.

Hi. I just had an unprotected intercourse with my boyfriend earlier. He is a hundred percent sure that he pulled out completely before ejaculating but i'm still paranoid about it. haha. My first day of my period was on September 19th. It's my 22nd day today. I do not regularly keep track of my menstrual cycle, but mostly the cycle length would be around 31 days and the longest would be around 36 days. Do I still need to take nordette? Is a prescription required in order to buy the pills?

heavy bleeding meanthe nordette is effective and had worked as an ecp. taking PT will just be for peace of mind purposes.

Update: heavy bleeding from oct 1 until now oct 3. I'll take PT by Oct 12 (1 week from my regular menstrual period)

This waiting game is making me crazy. Haha

Hi. Based on your data, I guess the risk is very low and the changes are due to Nordette which is a hormone in itself. If you took the right dosage at the right time frame and if you did not do any deed after August, I think chances are low.

Hi. As your data stated, you took ECP at the right time and right dose. What you are or may be experiencing are symptoms of withdrawal bleeding fr ecp. Getting preg from ecp i think may occur only if you took it late or not within the time frame. Since ecp are also hormones, once you took it, it changes your uterine wall property rendering it not suitable for preg or any implantation. Well ecp however do not stop pregnancy if it had already happend. Anyway in your case, the fever may not be related to your discharge unless you have other medical concerns right now which you should visit your doctor.

I've been taking contraceptive pills for years but last august my long time boyfriend and I broke up so I decided to stop taking pills.

I had my period after being off the pill on August 11th. Then I got my next period Sept 8th.

On Sept 24th around 4am I got really drunk and something happened with me and my friend (it's stupid I know).

Took trust pills (same as nordette as what I've researched because nordette was already phased out as I was advised by 3 mercury drug branches) 4 pills sept 24 9pm and another 4 sept 25 9am (my birthday lol)

Now oct 1 (6 days after I took the last dose) i have reddish brown discharge...

I'm expecting my period to be on the 6th of october.

Will this be considered as my period for this month?

Is there anybody here who got pregnant even taking the ECP?

Please tell me im not pregnant (lol), im getting crazy.

Hi! I never had done the deed since the last and didn't take any nordette since the last. Thank you so much!!

I calculated my cycle, and the day during the deed was my safe day and we even used withdrawal method. It mostly points that i have a low risk of getting pregnant right?

hi. since nordette would trigger changes in your hormones as well as changes in your cycle, the signs you are experiencing might be hormonal. have you deed without protection after the first one last august? did you take another nordette after the august deed?

if not on all above, then it may just be hormonal changes due to nordette. if after 2 weeks and still without mens, you can check with preg test.

Hello, i got withdrawal bleeding after 7 days of taking nordette, the same sched for my menstruation to come. (aug 29)
Im expecting to have my period this day but all i feel are cramping and headache and not so much nausea and dizziness. I looked it up in the internet and mostly says it's a pregnancy sign. Help me be enlighten.

Hi. Bbbsheep, when did you deed the second time around? If it was 2 weeks ago(? Ovulating) and right now she is having some symptoms, it may be symptoms of impending menstrual cycle due to hormonal change. If you did not climax inside her, the more preg could be ruled out. Sometimes taking nordette or any ecp could move the menstrual cycle sometimes it could disrupt the cycle too. So its not advisable to take ecps always. You can check w preg test after a month perhaps but for me its more of hormonal change.

Hi, I had sex with my gf on august 29th, then she took the morning-after-pills 2 days later. Then after another 2 days, she started bleeding, for another 2 days. So the pills worked. But then we had sex again, but i'm 100% sure I didn't climax inside her. She's gaining weight and she has a bloating stomach as of now, so that was 2 weeks ago. What does that mean? Is she pregnant? @kitty if you had the deed on your fertile day but using a withdrawal method, chances are low plus with the intake of nordette, most probably it would be as low compared to not taking nordette and deed without protection. Precum pregnancies are not common though. Think positive.
