Effective Does Of Dinintel

What is the most effective way to take dinintel. Should I take it early morning approx half hour before eating and half hour before lunch or can I take it at any time?

In addition, is it better to take one a day so that it does not become addtive?

I take it the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. It last me through out the day. Everyone body's are different, my sister takes 4 per day
