Effective Antibiotic Administration

I don't really know how to take pills and I have real bad bacterial infection. So I wanted to know if I was to take a pliva pill vaginally what would happen?

You just swallow them.

But no, you shouldn't insert anything vaginally that isn't intended to be used that way.

Pliva, however, is the name of a manufacturer, not a medication. Is it an antibiotic? If so, you need to swallow them orally, so they can work systemically. The FDA lists the typical side effects of antibiotics as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
