Can Zyncet be used to control eczema?

Zyncet contains the active ingredient Cetirizine, this is an antihistamine that is usually used to help treat allergies.

That said, no, it really isn't going to do much for Eczema, unless it has been specifically caused by an allergy to something that you have been in contact with.

It can also cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
