I have found reports about these, they are called AK-47s, however, they are not known to actually contain MDMA, which would be Ecstasy and so far, no tests have shown exactly what they do contain.

They are believed to be adulterated and probably contain a mix of various substances. Everyone is being warned against using them, due to the severe dangers of not knowing what they contain.

Of course, it isn't safe to use any medication that is illegal.
