Ecosprin AV contains Aspirin and Atorvastatin, it is used for its blood thinning properties and to help lower cholesterol.
And yes, the Atorvastatin may cause these types of symptoms as side effects.
How severe is it? If the symptoms are affecting your quality of life, this may not be the right medication for you and you should talk to your doctor about it.
Do you take any other medications, or just this one?
