They are the same, according to what you've listed here. They contain Aspirin and Atorvastatin, but please keep an eye on the dosages to make sure you are receiving the 75/10 each time.

The NIH lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and joint/muscle aches.
