I was taking Tonact 20 and Ecosprin 150 separately. Tonact 20 costs about rs.200 for 15 tablets. I came across Ecosprin AV 150 containing both above ingredients in single capsule and costing just rs.20 for 10 tablets. This lowers the medicine bill to absolute low. But what is the catch? Does Ecosprin AV 150 have Atorvastatin that is of low quality and that is why they are selling it at such low price or is it genuine medicine at low price because of some other factors? if so, what are the factors?

Do you have Insurance to help you? If so, the price difference maybe because you insurance company "prefers" you to take the "2 in 1" pill than taking them separately. In my country (i am a phamracist) we don´t have the "2 in 1".
