My wife is 14 weeks pregnant. Her doctor told her to take Ecosprin 75 mg. She has had 2 miscarriages before. I would like to know if there are any side effects to this medication? As well when/what time should she be taking it?

Ecosprin contains the active ingredient Aspirin, in cases such as this, it's usually used as a blood thinner.
Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.
