I am in the 8th month of my pregnancy. Last week when we went for regular check up, I was give Ecosprin 75 and Duvadilan retard in addition to calcium and iron tablets. What for those two tablets were suggested for me by doctor. Can anyone help me out in knowing this...

I have completed 34 weeks and 2 days of pregnancy. Recently I visited my doctor who suggested I take Ecosprin 75mg tablets daily. Can I continue taking it, because on the label there is a warning given that it should not be taken during the last trimester of pregnancy?

I wanted to know whether an overdose of Ecosprin 75mg could've resulted in my miscarriage or if it could've been the result of another type of painkiller?

Hello! I have not got my periods from the last 2 months and now I am very scared as I and my boyfriend had intercourse then! I took a home pregnancy test and it was negative but still I am a little scared. Should I take Ecosprin 75 to get my periods as soon as possible?

I am in the 8th month of my pregnancy. Last week when we went for regular check up,then my doctor suggested ecosprin-75 one table per day. before this 1st pregnancy 4 month miscrage & 2nd pregnancy 9 month baby dead in side the stomatch. now all reports are normal. now this table is ok to take it in 8th month pregnancy. ( On tablet note written: do not take this product during the last 3 month of pregnancy unless directed by the doctor. aspirin taken near the time of delivery may cause bleeding problems to mother and child. please help me in this matter.

Ecosprin 75 helps in tranferring nutrients and blood flow from mother to the baby. So, u can continue to take once daily till 36 weeks.

My wife is 34 weeks of pregnancy and have noted swelling in her legs which I thought was something like water in there, so I consulted doctor, then she gave me ecosprin 75, but when checked my blood pressure, was normal, still doctor suggested to take that, is it advisable to take the drug ? pls suggest

my wife faced miscarriage twice. now she is pregnant & doctor has suggested her to take ecosprin 75. but after consuming this medicine she has started to face a heavy gas and vomiting problem and stopped taking the medicine. will it effect on her pregnancy and she is pregnant since last three months.

There is no problem with taking Ecosprin during pregnancy. It increases blood flow to the fetus and brings more oxygen and nutrients to the fetus.

the efects of the medicine are also to prevent premature birth by relaxing the uterus muscles and thining the blood for better circulation for the fetus

Ecosprin75 contains 75mgs of Aspirin, this is a fairly low-dose tablet, but it is not normally advised to be taken during pregnancy because it acts as a blood thinner.

this site is not medical professionals, so you should, however, follow your doctors instructions and consult with them regarding any concerns you may have about using it. It is usually not recommended for use past the second trimester.

Along with the blood thinning, some other side effects may include: nausea and ulcers.
