I have tussionex ext rel sus cell thats 6 years old. is it ok to take ?

No, liquids have very short life spans, they tend to degrade very fast. Many even go rancid and could make you sick, so a 6 year old one isn't safe to take.

If you need this medication, you should see your doctor for a new prescription.
