Most drugs are very expensive, especially opiate pain relievers. This is a very, very strong one, fentanyl is 80 times stronger than Morphine, and this one is 5 to 10 times more potent than fentanyl, depending on the prescribed dosage, so you can see this is a very potent pain med, prices rise with higher dosages and higher potency medications, very normal in the pharmaceutical industry.
