There a quite a few articles relating to this online, as well as the food/nutrition information you asked about. You will find a lot of them if you do a search on google.

From some information that I can find, it is said that intense cardio workouts can decrease sex drive, so while they are necessary for health, don't overdo them.

Make sure you are getting the proper amount of sleep, as being tired depletes the body in many, many ways.

To keep your sex hormones in peak condition you should take in proper amounts of the following vitamins: A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C, E, Zinc, Folic Acid, Niacin and Selenium, so you may want to add a supplement if you do not always eat properly.

Look up some de-stressing exercises, everyone knows that stress really has a very negative effect on our sex drives.

Then tie in some exercises for strength training.

Hope some of this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

These have been fun to answer! LOL!
