Er Versus Sa Metoprolol Succinate Side Effects

I have a pacemaker, during my last device check I was changed from Metoprolol Succinate ER 50 mg twice a day to 100 mg Metoprolol Succinate SA once a day
I have fatigue weakness and so tired I feel like I ran a marathon. Can't exercise feel like a Mac truck ran over me

Those can be normal side effects of this medication and it may take 4 to 5 weeks for your body to adjust to the new dosage, so the side effects taper off. According to the FDA, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, increased urination, and hypotension.

Are you on any other medications, or just this one?
