This is a pain killer, and it's a opium based pill. This is a very bad drug that's abused by many kids. Maybe you should see about getting him help.

This is Opana. You reversed the numbers in the title. If you were meaning E613 rather then E316 then yes, its Opana.

Although I can find no official evidence I have heard of them being sold on the street as Oxymorphine (Which is Oxymorphone (Opana)).
