With the description provided I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the drug databases. I'm assuming that this is because the pill is manufactured in India, where as they do not regulate their drugs the same way the FDA does here in the U.S.; so finding information on it is very difficult unless you're based in India.

Did you order this online not knowing what it was? Maybe you can contact the company that you ordered it from for a confirmation of your order.

Aside from double checking to make sure you typed the correct marking, the next best option I can recommend is taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and ask them about testing for the pills ingredients; and whether or not it's something they are able to do for you.

The small white oval pill marked E "02" is Carvedilol, a 6.25mg tablet. So double check the number on your pill. Is it E "20" or is it E "02"
