E Imprint White Oblong Pill With L917

I found a pill with the imprint L917 on it and dont know what it is. It is not scored and has no manufacturer name. What is it?

I can't find a listing for this in any of our resources, which does make sense, because most of the tablets with an L followed by three additional numbers are over the counter items and they are not required to log their imprints with the FDA.

Was it found in the U.S.?

Does anyone else recognize this?

I was prescribed hydrocodone 5 mgs and found a white oblong pill with l917 no line in the center of the pill just L917 and on the pill the bottle it says watson pharmacueticals but i cant find L917 in watsons data base. So I really want to know what kind of pills these are because I know they are not hydrocodone. wallgreens filled the script and they have been in my possesion the whole time. so what is really going on?

that pill is a generic form of aceteminophen. or tylonol.

Pill is generic Tylenol. I just read mine and that describes it exactly.

Purchased a bottle of 500 of these. NDC is 59779-975-90. It is a white oval tabel measuring 17mm by 7mm with a thickness of 5mm. One side is smooth with no markings or score. the other side contains no score mark and the imprint L917. The bottle claims that the pill was made in india and the only active ingredient is acetaminophen 500 mg. Ironicly, the label CVS/Caremark submitted to the FDA states that the tablet is marked L484. Could be what it the bottle label states or maybe just compounded drywall... there is no transparency in regards to this pill
