I have a little round yellow pill with E 76 on it. Can anyone tell me what this is?

E 76 is 35 mg Phendimetrazine

The information that Marge has posted is correct, this tablet does contain 35mgs of Phendimetrazine, it is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. It is a stimulant that is commonly used to aid in weight loss. NDC: 00185-4057

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Phendimetrazine as possibly including nausea, headache, anorexia, malnutrition, nervousness, and insomnia.
