E 693 Octagonal White Pill

I am trying to identify 2 pills, they are white, octagonal. one has E693 in black letters and the number 40 below it and the opposite side is blank. The other one has the number embossed on one side and the other side is blank. Can anyone identify these for me?

E 693 is a 40mg Opana tablet, containing the active ingredient Oxymorphone, this is a very potent narcotic pain medication.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness.
