Dulane contains the active ingredient Duloxetine, which is an SNRI antidepressant, but because of the way they work on brain chemicals, they have been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain.
Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and appetite changes.

The thing you do have to keep in mind, however, is that it will take several weeks for these to reach their full level of efficacy in the body. They will not work like a regular analgesic, such as a narcotic would.
