For last 3 months I am facing the problem of Dry skin the finger tips. I apply moisturiser, normal coconut oil etc. But no effect. I showed to my skin speciallist. But with thee medicines also no difference. 2 of the of the fingers are having skin crack. so I wrap BandAid strip. so for 2-3 days it is ok but again it becomes dry. Any medicine / precaution etc.

Use dipsalic cream at night only. Investigate for renal and hepatic functions.
