Dry Shoulder Joint

I am experiencing a tight left shoulder joint and it feels like it is rubbing without lubrication during certain exercises and stretching. What medical remedies/exercises are available to deal with this condition?

It really depends on what the specific problem is and there's no way to know that for sure from just your limited description.

Have you consulted your doctor? You should do so, before it gets worse, as it may be something that's easily remedied.

Do you do a lot of heavy lifting? Do you workout?
