Drugs and their remedies

(Just an educated guess) The chemical makeup of the drug and its ingredients contribute to how it affects your body. Essentially, one takes a drug to achieve a certain effect or remedy. The problem with many prescription drugs is that the chemical makeup and/or ingredients may conflict with other mechanisms, for lack of a better term and pose unwanted side effects. I would conclude that the molecular structure of the ingredients in the pill can bond with such an illness to fight it off.

I am not an MD, so please do not take these statements as one-hundred percent facts, but an educated guess based on my previous studies. I do know however that natural drugs, such as pure essential oils (if you can call these drugs), have a similar chemical makeup to the human body and therefore they can be absorbed more readily and are far more effective.

Please post back if you have any other questions or information to add. I would also be interested in knowing more about this.
