From what you have presented, it is most likely a complicated STI ; meaning the discharge may be a symptom of one form of infection and that rash another. It is posible to get gonorrhoea and syphilis at the same time. Gonorrhoea manifest thru discharge while syphilis may cause skin rash sometimes. Having said these, the bottom line is to seek medical advice immediately and do some Laboratory examinations. Self medication may trigger more complication esp drug ressistance risks. There is one cardinal element to note when looking at STI. Menifestation of Gonorrhea is faster in males than their sexual partners; the Female; for the simple reason Males use the same channel to pass urine as well as the sexual fluid while for Females, the sexual canal is separate from the urinary canal. As the case may be pain wen passing urine, discharge may indicate something wrong in the system!

I think am having toilet infection becos I suppose to see my period around on d 10th, and I did pregnancy test which was negative using. I was told to use ciprofoxacin 500mg am still , have been seeing white discharge and am feeling itching too...am also feeling some pain in my lower abdomen

Try drinking lots of cranberry juice and use white plain yorgut in yr vagina it will help you I oncely had the same problem like yours
