Drug Testing For Pre Employment Adderall

I'm a 22 year old female, weighing about 130 pounds. I took one 20mg adderall on Monday around 8 am and had a drug test Wednesday around 12:30 (noon). I did an at home drug test which I passed all fields including for amphetamines. How likely is it that I will pass my pre employment drug test?
