Drug Test At Meps In 4 Days

I have to take a drug test in four days at MEPS I took norco for three days in a row, I'm worried that I won't pass, I have a prescription for them but I was told not to even mention this bc I don't take them regularly. Should I just try and reschedule MEPS until next wk or do you think I should be fine. Also what should I do to help flush my system if need be, besides drinking water.
