Drug Affecting Urinalysis For Drug Use

I took a urinalysis today and take Ambien. I am on some cardiac medications, synthroid, oxybutinin, and lipitor. The test came back positive. The other medications that I take are Tylenol #3 but I haven't taken for 3 or 4 months. Would the Ambien affect the outcome of the test:

yes it would. I've failed drug tests for taking Ambien, as it shows up as a benzo. But if you have a prescription, you should be okay.
