Drug Testing: Klonopin & Butrans 10mg Patch

I've been sick & haven't taken my meds right. If I take .5mg of klonopin in the morning how do I know it's going to be there on my test so my Dr can see that I'm taking it? Also, when does the butrans 10mg patch show up on a drug test?
