I have a drug test coming up. I barely ever smoke but just did last week with a friend. I am taking Doxycycl for a tick byte and metopralol for BP. What can I do to help clean my system out by next week. I will never touch this crap again. the one time I do it, and a test comes up. Please help!

You don't have to worry about the Doxycycline or Metoprolol if those are your prescription medications and you can show proof of that to the testing facility.
If this was a "one time" smoke out (of Cannabis I presume?), then it can take about 5-8 days to be out of your system for a urine test.
The quickest way to clean and detox your system in my opinion would be to consume plenty of fruits and vegetables while staying hydrated throughout the day.
The more you pee clear the better (preferably 8-12 times a day). I'd also recommend getting at least an hour each day of exercise in to help sweat out any toxins and get your lymphatic system flowing (which will significantly aid in detoxification as well).
