Drug Patch Showing Up As Morphine On Test

I wear a drug patch and have been to the ER for my back. I was given shots of dilaudid, demerol and valium. I also take soma and vicodin. They said I tested positive for morphine. Will the drug patch come back as morphine?

I was just tested and my Dr said that my fentynol levels and my oxy levels were low but morphine was high. I don't take morphine but chewed on a few patches the days leading up to the test. Was wondering if that's what causes the morphine in my u.a.
