Are there any known negative reactions to taking OTC, Instaflex and Legtrin, within the same 24 hour period? Also, is there a potential for negative reactions taking OTC Andrew Lessman's Nail-Skin-Hair, and his MSM 500 with Sulfate, along with Instaflex within the same 24 hour time frame? Thank you.

No studies have been done on non-medicinal supplements and their possible side effects, but some potent ones have been known to cause nausea in some people, according to user reports.
The Legatrin PM contains Acetaminophen, and Diphenhydramine, and some of its side effects may include nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, and sedation.
