Drug Interaction Concerns

I'm taking aspirin (81mg daily), efficient (15mg), coreg (6.25mg daily), isosorbide mono er (30mg once daily), nifedipine er (30mg daily), 20mg lasix daily, 40mg lipitor (1 at night), metformin (250mg as needed), losartan potassium (100mg daily), potassium cl micro (10 mg once daily) and protonix ec (40 mg twice a day). Are any of these meds interacting with one another?

There is always a possibility of interactions, but it really depends on you, according to NIH reports. Are you having any problems taking them all? Have you experienced any side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headaches, or diarrhea?



Why is the Metformin an as needed medication? That is odd, it usually meant to be taken regular to control blood sugar levels, or treat conditions such as PCOD/PCOS.

What conditions are being treated?
