Dronis 30 Purpose

i had an miscaariage last month.doctor advised me to take dronis 30 for 21 days,now when can i conceive? when my periods come?

Can dronis 30 affect hcg levelshow in body?
I took BHCG test next morning after taking dronis the previous night and it came out 5.6. That night I did not take dronis and again the next morning I went for the test and resulthe was 0.3. So my question is can I be pregnant?
I took this beta hcg exactly after 1 month of intercourse.

Problem: Pain at c section(one particular place) due to growth of a internal tissue.
It is more prominient during periods.

My wife is taking dronis 30 since last 7 months regularly one tab daily as doctor advised to control this problem before taking decision for surgery. Now the pain reduced to some extent but not completely.

Could you suggest the side effects for prolonged use of this pills and to continue further and see the results.
