Drinking Water Learning To Liike Taste

I HAVE NEVER LIKE TO DRINK WATER. I'M GETTING OLDER NOW AND MY BODY IS TELLING ME I NEED WATER. I TEND TO BUY BOTTLE FAVORED WATER WHICH I THINK IS STILL NOT AS GOOD AS PLAIN WATER. WHAT CAN I DO BEFORE IT'S TO LATE I NEED MY KIDNEYS?

Have you discussed it with your doctor?

Generally, even the waters with some flavoring and such added, such a Propel, are just as good as drinking plain water. I also have an aversion to most tap water, because I can usually taste the added chemicals for purification and I dislike them.

One plain bottled water that I found to be much better than the others, because it doesn't tend to have the chemical taste is AirWater, if you can find it in your area.

Basically, even flavored water is preferable and healthier than not taking in any water.
