In Florida an epidemic of overdose, overprescribing, drug rings coming from other states, Florida needed some regulation. Now Dr.s are scared to prescribe opiate pain meds to those who have debilitating conditions. Then you actually find a Dr to prescribe then you have pharmacy filling issues.
