Doxytet With Ciploxx And Bio-metronidale

I was prescribed Doxytet a green capsule, Ciploxx 500 and Bio-Metronidale 200 by the clinic. She said I have urinary tract infection. I have a white discharge and itching. Is all this for just the urinary tract infection?
