Can Doxytet / Doxycycline be prescribed to treat STIs? What else is it used for?

Used for LYME Disease. Only works if caught early. People with rashes may have LYME Disease. Ignored by medical professionals. It's co infections. Could be Viral. Or fungal. Same as STD'S.

Doctor gave me Doxytet to treat my prostate. I was not urinating properly and experienced pain in my genitals. He scanned my prostate and said the medication will allow it to grow smaller. Is all thus fine?

I'm 25 nd never had periods,recently I felt abdominal pains nd went 2d DR who gave me doxytet+biometronidazle400 nd said I might've an infection.My concern was more with the absent periods ,how does this med relate 2my situation?

Hi I was given DoXytet to use for my infection for STD! But they only said I must drink 1 capcule once a day, but I've read you must drink it twice, will that have a influence? Or will it work or cure the STD? I am scareD now. PleaSe advice me ASAP..

I went to a nearby clinic, a sister prescribed me doxytet,fexime capsules. Now the thing is after taking doxytet I vomit and this has happened 3 times in consecutive days. What might be the problem??

I go to the clinic every 3 months for family planning. I was breaking out in acne on my face and boils at my genitals and was given this capsule to take. The nurse told me this may be due to a blood disorder. It does help but when i stop then I get it again I am still on this capsule, but suffer from the side effects. Is there another way to help with acne, etc. Do I need to test my blood? I cannot afford this. Please help.
