What are the markings on it?

This is a generic, so I can't look up the exact ingredient list, without this additional information. Can you please post back and clarify? Thank you!

The FDA classifies this medication as an antibiotic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
