Doxycycl Hycl 100mg And Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50mg

What are the side effects when taken Doxy- Cycl Hycl 100mg with Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg? One is for my acne and one is an allergy medication

There are no interactions listed between the two medications. I am currently taking the same combination and haven't had any trouble with it, other than feeling a little drowsy.
