Doxycycl 100mg

i was prescribed this for a vaginal bacteria infection. since i have been taking it i have experienced itching in this region and almost feels sensitive and swollen. is this normal? am i allergic?

Unfortunately, while Doxycycline is an antibiotic that can treat bacterial infections, it can cause a fungal yeast infection, as a side effect.

Thus, you should visit your doctor, again, because you will probably need an antifungal medication to treat that.
