Doubling Up On My Oxycodone Prescription

Can I take two 5 mg oxycodone HCL? 1 is just not taking care of the pain. I had surgery 2 days ago.

You should not change the dosage, without a doctor's approval.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, nausea, and headache.

When will you see your doctor for a follow up? Are you on any other medications?
