Doubling My Dosage

I have a new dr and am taking a daily 25mg Losartan pill. However, I realized the dosage I used to take previously was 50mg a day. Can I just take 2 pills a day instead of 1 50mg until she changes the prescription?

As long as your doctor okays it, then you can do so, yes. There shouldn't be any problem with it.

But you do need to check with them and make sure that they didn't intend to lower your dosage.

What are you blood pressure levels?
