What is the dosage for this pill,I have hydrocodone and it is 1 to 2 pills every 4 to 6 hours.5 hydrocodone and 325 aceteminophine..

The tablet with the 512 marking contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Percocet and the usual starting dose is one tablet every 4 to 6 hours, as needed for pain.
