Dose Of Phentermine

Have taken 37.5 mg before, this time taking 30 mg not satisfied! Can I take 1 tab twice a day ?

Hi Dawn,

Sorry to hear about this lower dose not working for you. Based on my research, the Phentermine 30mg dosage form should only be taken once daily. However additional information I found suggests that due to increases in tolerance your doctor may advise you to take 1 tab in the morning as well as a half a tab in the afternoon. I would just encourage you to double check with your doctor before making any changes; this way you don't run out of your script it's time for a refill.
