My prescription states 3 once daily for 3 days, do I take all three at one time or 3 thru out the day?

I take trazadone and sertraline once a day. Could I take Contrave? I did one time. I didn't get much results, with appetite help. I do have some left. In one place it has expires 2018, then 2016. Please help me out. I need to lose weight!

From what you've written, as listed by the NIH prescribing instructions, that would be taking 3 at once, once a day.
