Domperidone with Omeprazole is used to help reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach, to treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, Gastritis and ulcers.

It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain and flatulence.

Good morning. I started having a very subtle back pain about 3 months ago which has aggravated over the months especially when I sneeze and at night. Reported to the hospital and was diagnosed with GERD. Omeprazole and Nugel was given but my pain persists and domperidone has been added. Now I have slight abdominal burns when I'm hungry and was diagnosed with H. pylori and the pain radiates thru my left arm when I sneeze. I just can't stand the pain. Do my symptoms correlate with my diagnosis and medication?
